    What is the all-in annual cost as one number?

    Sum of every layer. If it requires three statements, that is itself the finding.

    How many members opened anything from the provider last quarter?

    Engagement floor for the benefit.

    What does our last engagement survey say about financial stress?

    Compare against Vlerick and Deloitte benchmarks.

  5. 05
    Could we defend the current line item to an incoming CFO next month?

    If the defence stalls in paragraph one, the audit is done.
